1) 請你先在用手機Payme app素描左面的QR Code.
2) 然後在結帳版面選擇”手動付款”, 按照結帳版面價格在手機Payme app付款．
3) 請把付款資料及訂單號碼截圖電郵至info@fossflakes.com.hk給我們。

1) Please scan the QR code on the left with your HSBC Payme app.
2) On the checkout page, please choose "manual payment" and pay via Payme app with the total value in the checkout page.
3) Please send us the screenshot of the HSBC Payme payment information and order number via email to: info@fossflakes.com.hk

免費送貨至香港，九龍及新界區。愉景灣，離島，村屋恕未能提供服務。(如果因為地址問題未能送貨，退款會另收信用卡手續費．)如果不確定，請先電郵給我們查詢．
Shipping notice:
To prevent the spread of infection, we can only deliver goods at the lobby of buildings for pick up. We will call 30 minutes in advance prior to the delivery to double confirm. If there are any needs, you are welcome to send us a message on Facebook(https://www.facebook.com/NordicSleepHK/) or email us at info@fossflakes.com.hk .
We are sorry that we do not serve deliveries to Outer islands, Discovery Bay, and remote places that are not reachable via our company truck. If the location is not reachable and refund is needed, there will be a credit card penalty charge from our credit card service provider, so we cannot refund fully, please kindly understand.
